“Knowledgeable, courteous, attentive and caring staff. The doctor was outstanding as well. Highly recommended with one caveat... If you are having your eyes dilated and plan on trying on new glasses, do your fitting FIRST because the frame consult station faces into the ? without tinted windows!“

“Dr. Zeidan is competent, confident and compassionate. She called my home to check on my progress after she diagnosed a Detached Retina. Doctors don’t do that but she did! She shared with me that she had been thinking about me and my progress over the weekend. She’s a wonderful doctor and a truly wonderful person. I feel blessed and thankful to be in her care.“

“This past Friday, 6/16, I had a comprehensive eye exam at MyEyeDr in Epoing, NH.I am still trying to recover from a stroke that had 6 years ago. From the moment I tried to open the front door, there was an employee who saw me struggling and she immediately attended to me and worked, patiently with me, especially after I realized I arrived an hour earlier than my appointment was scheduled by accident.Though, I'm fairly certain she had things to attend to. She willingly engaged in conversation with me as I waited and allowed me to feel relaxed and comfortable with my mistake. She engaged in thoughtful, kind and positive conversation with me and was extremely knowledgeable regarding all of my questions ( since my brain injury makes me very confused ). Her voice stayed gentle & soft as she continued to assist me, and to feel “at ease” and relaxed while I waited for my actual( scheduled time slot) appointment time. Once inside with Dr. Audette. I quickly realized that she was quite empathetic and accommodating to jy special needs.Dr Audette helped me get comfortable and listened to me intently with insightful suggestions, and thorough explanations of each part of the testing, and she left a strong, positive impact on me. She was very kind to me and patient through my constant questions and lack of comprehension ability ( due to my post- stroke Aquired Brain injury) I can truthfully say that every interaction that I had that day was exceedingly professional, yet, still “human” and approachable/ accepting of my disabilities.I don't find this to be the case at most businesses, etc.that I must deal with. When the exam was complete, Dr Audette explained, in detail, the results and my options( lens options, etc) so that I could understand and to make informed decisions for myself.Figuring out what was & was not “covered “ by my insurance and what the next steps were that I needed to complete was explained clearly and in detail was a tremendous help to me. I was extremely impressed and I felt confident & comfortable in asking further questions. When it came time to choosing the right frames for me, Georgia was integral and sincere as to the right pair for me and my face -to- glasses ratio,. I really felt that Georia was kind and was very honest ( not trying to get me to purchase the most expensive items, and she was complete truthful in helping me decide, not only on frames, but also, what type of lenses were available to me and their description for choosing the bestandvaffordablev( “covered”) one(s) for me( without being pushy or just offering beneficial corporation building or rushing). Every employee I interacted with was eager to help and not telling me what they thought I wanted to hear.I left feeling exceptionally satisfied with the selections that I madeI wouldn't have normally felt this way after leaving most of my appointments interactions since my stroke.Everyone was vastly “personable & professional, yet not, “pushy” or “over-exaggerating” any one particular point except that for assuring my happiness and satisfaction with the “end-result”& well - informed decisions they assisted me in making. All the anxiety and uneasy nerves that I entered with, originally, we're soothed and quickly disapated.I was, and still am, very impressed with the extreme care and the gentle education I received.I would highly recommend Myeyedr, in Epping, NH to anyone in need of vision services.Thank you to ALL the staff that assisted me on Friday and for relieving my initial angst and concern in regards to coming in alone and unsure of what to expect or how I'd be perceived/received, initially, and treated because of my disabilities. They made me feel “normal” and important .I left happy/ satisfied and feeling quite positive for the entirety of my visit. I will, make Myeyedr, in Epping, NH my 1st and only choice for eye care going forward with all my eyecare needs:).“
