Great customer service, I always order mine and my husband's glasses from Dorina. She is very patient and wonderful to work with. She takes time to explain everything and is very knowledgeable. It's rare now a days to get such personalized and great customer service, especially at a large chain.

I have had the good fortune of meeting and working with Doreena when purchasing glasses. She is very knowledgeable, kind, caring and an employee that JC Penney should be proud to have! I have been battling cancer and she has been so compassionate through the process and making sure the frames and lenses fit just right. She is a good person and treats all her customers, as I’ve observed, with respect.

I would give five stars to the doctor that did my eye exam, she was excellent and she came recommended. On the other hand I would give three stars to the selection of frames and the price of the lenses. They had a very limited selection of men's frames, but that might have something to do with the demographic of JCPenney's itself. They had a rather misleading two frames for $99 deal, but the selection of frames and lens options (plastic lenses with no coating, not even UV) that were actually eligible were even more limited. We ended up paying over 100% more than the listed sale price when all was said and done. I would (and have) recommend to anyone to get their eye exam...read full review
