“Dr. Lafreniere is wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and experienced, and it is clear that he truly knows what he is doing. He is patient, attentive, and an excellent listener. To me, it really matters when a doctor takes the time to listen to my concerns, and Dr. Lafreniere does exactly that. Not only does he listen carefully and pay attention to details, but he also takes action to address those concerns thoughtfully and professionally. He walked me through all the details and results of my scans, carefully explaining everything and answering my questions, which I very much appreciated.

He is also a very personable and kind individual, and speaking with him is always pleasant. That is another quality that matters greatly to me — doctors should be easy to communicate with and approachable.

Regarding the office and staff, Mia was extremely kind and professional from the very first phone call. She is also a thoughtful listener and very approachable. She does an excellent job handling the paperwork, check-in process, and overall coordination to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible for patients. I especially appreciated communicating with her through email to submit the relevant forms.

Hannah was also wonderful and very kind while guiding me through the examinations and helping complete the necessary testing. She handled everything patiently and professionally while maintaining a very positive attitude.

One last thing worth mentioning is that the office itself is located in a beautiful environment with adequate parking. The office was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. I truly loved my experience there.

Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Lafreniere and the entire staff — including Mia, Hannah, and everyone else at the office — to anyone in need of eye care! If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.“
