“I haven't seen medical care as good and comprehensive as this group in a long time. my mother lost sight in her eye and after extensive research on the part of Dr. Elia he figured out the cause and treated her appropriately. Excellent care and concern for his patient. Dr. Lentz has also been seeing her for a different issue and she gets the same level of care. This is where I will go if I'm ever in need of eye care. Highly recommend.“

“I went there yesterday and had a great appt /experience (really awesome ??,,I was going to the same eye Dr for 20 yrs and I had to find a new doctor here in New Hampshire as I moved from Massachusetts , I am so happy that I found Wyndham family eye care , the service is great. They treat you wonderful and the glasses are absolutely gorgeous. I ended up getting three pairs. I received one pair free through my plan with my job and I bought two pairs of high-end gorgeous glasses. ,they do not push anything on you at all ‼️ I am very happy. I can’t wait to receive my glasses. My next purchase will be prescription sunglasses. I have them already picked out?“

I was super picky when getting frames but she knew the frames to recommend to me and when I finally found a pair she found the way to get me the most bang for my buck. She was so personable and sweet and she had me laughing the whole time we talked. The glasses selection had way more of what I was looking for than some other places I had tried. I was looking for colorful fashion glasses and the selection here was incredible. I had never shopped target optical before but I will definitely be going back to shop there again“

“I started going to Salem Vision Center a few years back with Dr. Onyon, and he was pleasant enough, but I never liked his staff at the front desk. They were always kind of rude, unpleasant or lacked character. I had no idea that it was under new ownership by MyEyeDr when I went to my check-up last Wednesday. I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk receptionist, who was very happy to assist me, and believe me, I was thrown off that someone was really nice this time! Next, I met Rachel who took me into the exam room. I was pleasantly surprised by her happy, vibrant personality, so unlike many visits over the past few years. I loved her instantly. Lastly, I met Dr. Ronald Coutu. What a doctor. He explained everything to me before he did something, and as he was examining my eyes, he explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. He had a sweet, calming demeanor about him. He was very informative and took the time to listen to me. I didn't feel rushed along like I had with Dr. Onyon in the past. Meeting Rachel, wow, then Dr. Coutu... Well, I fell in love again! I was fitted for glasses by another pleasant woman who was very down to earth, real, and genuine. That's when I found out that it was under new ownership! haha Well, then it all made perfect sense at that point. I can't say enough good things about the new ownership, staff and overall experience. Too many people take the time to write up bad experiences, rarely sharing the exceptionally good ones. I had to share my experience. I absolutely love them!“

“I was a patient here before they became MyEyeDr and had nothing but positive experiences. I was wary to return after the rebrand, but was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received. My exam was conducted first by a very kind student. She was thorough and even discussed with me a genetic disorder that I need to be regularly screened for due to findings on my previous retinal scans. No one had every shared that info with me. The doctor was also very kind and professional and the staff out front never pressured me into making purchases I didn't want to. Now, months later, I brought in a pair of glasses that I did not purchase there but that I needed to have adjusted. It was quite busy, but they had me in and out with a comfortable fit within 30 minutes.“
