I called Jason Wetherbee LLC to come look at a leaky faucet in a tub/shower. It was not an emergency, but Jason himself came to check it out the next day. It was far from a quick fix, but he showed me the issues and risks involved with trying to fix it because of the design of the valve and because of his knowledge and experience (and he said a little luck), he was able to fix it on the 2nd try. I'm a new homeowner and Jason installed the boiler heating system for the prior owners, which is why I initially reached out to him. He and his team have been my go to and they have been super wonderful. Most recently my husband discovered a leak in our kitchen which was creating a mud puddle in our crawlspace. We had a septic system emergency on a Sunday afternoon, and Jason came out within a half hour of calling his emergency number. Every indication pointed to a mechanical failure, yet he took the time to research things further before we spent a couple of grand on a new pump. His guys came out within a day, troubleshot, and found a hidden short in the wire loom. Jason not only saved us about three thousand dollars from not having to buy a new pump, but he and his team were friendly and knowledgeable.
