We had a power surge which took out our electricity and heat on Jan 11th. I contacted Tattersall on the morning of Jan 12, explained the problem and they sent someone out to take a look. The problem could not be fully fixed on Jan 12, so they did a temporary fix so that we had power and heat for the night. The next day they were here from 7:30 am until 4 pm working/fixing everything. They were friendly and excellent in explaining what they were doing/needed to do, so that I understood the whole problem!
I would highly recommend Tattersall Electric and will use them again!
I used Stan Edmunds to inspect a house I had recently signed a contract to purchase. It was contingent upon a satisfactory home inspection. When I called Stan, he recommended that I be present for his home inspection which was excellent advice since he was then able to walk me through every aspect of the house and his inspection. His analysis was quite detailed and insightful, from the moment he arrived right through his prompt issuance of a detailed written report. I would not hesitate to use Stan again when buying a property in the Keene, NH area.

Rented the shared space for a private event, a baby shower! My sister was visiting from WV and we wanted to host her party in a place that was somewhere she could only find in Keene. This led me to The Shared Space! Not only is the space in the heart of beautiful downtown Keene, offering a unique and special experience, it is extremely affordable and the team that runs it was prompt and very helpful with all communication. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed to create a memorable day and I’m so grateful! Everyone that attended loved it and insisted every party we host from now is at The Shared Space…we will certainly be back!

Heaven Hair Gallery Salon did the hair and make-up for my daughter’s wedding mid-July and they delivered! We had a large group – 10 attendants, the bride, and a mom – and the stylists got them all done exactly on time!
Anjalee was professional and a good communicator during the booking, planning, and trial session. Her stylists were first and foremost extremely capable. But, they were also attentive to the needs and wants of all involved, calm, and friendly.
The wedding day was a very hot and humid one. Therefore, all the attendants wanted time-consuming and detailed up-dos! Despite the heat and the busy dance floor, everyone’s hair looked great all night. The make-up was natural, polished, and unfussy. All were beautiful!

Best pedicure in the area! Marissa keeps her salon and tools clean and is very careful as she works, so that I've never had even one instance of bleeding nails or picking up a nail fungus. Her service prices are very reasonable, the pedi chairs are great, communication is excellent, and she's always cheerful and friendly. She's also able to work quickly without making you feel like the experience is mechanical and impersonal. Highly recommended! :)
I was super impressed with Hannah! I can do dip powder myself, but after butchering my nails moonlighting as my house’s contractor, professional help was needed. (House didn’t get butchered, just the nails).
Considering I created literal divots in my nail beds, hopes weren’t very high. But somehow she fixed my disaster! I even ended up rebooking with her, she won a returning client from someone who never does stuff like this. Very impressive!
The only place I trust in Keene. Helen does such a good job and really cares about her work. Can be hard to get in as they are busy but it’s worth it!

I made an appointment after a long day of travel before the Thanksgiving holiday. I was able to secure one and had a soothing shampoo and great blow out! I was really disappointed to read a previous review when I signed to Yelp today. The only other review was from a dissatisfied customer (or rather the customer's boyfriend.) My experience there was certainly significantly different! I had a relaxing break from a busy day and left feeling great and looking great too. I'm giving an enthusiastic endorsement for Uptown Salon.

Elizabeth took my idea for a Gyarados and Magikarp Pokemon tattoo and absolutely ran with it. They designed a stunning, one-of-a-kind piece that perfectly blended traditional Japanese tattoo elements with Pokémon. They listened to everything I wanted and then went above and beyond to incorporate more into the design than I had even thought of asking for in order to give me an incredible piece!
Elizabeth was fun, quirky, and incredibly welcoming. They made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable from start to finish. Their creativity and talent really shine through in their work, and you can tell they put a lot of thought into each design.

We came here to get a first time piercing on my 8-year-old sister. Jeanette did a FANTASTIC job. She was so kind and explanatory, worked stunningly with a child, and she made sure everyone in our group felt safe and confident in the experience. If I had to recommend anyone in New Hampshire to go in for a piercing, I would say Area 52 is a GREAT place to look into. Hollow needle as well which is wonderful. My sister even got a keepsake bear afterwards. I will be requesting Jeanette when I come back!!! Very reasonably priced as well.

We replaced our water heater on Saturday, only to discover Sunday morning (Easter Sunday, no less!) we had no power going to it due to old corroded electrical lines. We called Ells Electric, honestly not expecting to hear from them on Easter, but they answered our call within minutes and came out within a half hour! They were not only gracious and knowledgeable, but speedy, efficient and very fairly priced. We'll NEVER call anyone ELSE but Ells in the future; thank you for your EXCEPTIONAL service, so very rare these days, and so very much appreciated!!!!!
Today we had McClure's Tree Service out at our house in Fitzwilliam to drop a massive ash tree. I started reaching out to tree companies in 2024, and some said they’d come look and never did. One or two gave us a price but never returned our calls or texts to put us on the schedule. A couple went ghost after I requested an insurance certificate, and one came in and quoted it like it was a crane job (for his price, I’ll drop the darn tree myself).
McClure's came out on Monday, quoted it reasonably, and dropped the tree today without issue. Simple and professional. You can advertise on social media, in local papers, or have your friends shout your name from the rooftops, but at the end of the day, good service matters more than anything. They showed up, did exactly what they said they would, and handled the job safely and professionally. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Matt is the most amazing chiropractor I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I suffer from back issues that get unbearable during pregnancy, and Dr. Matt was not only able to alleviate that pain almost immediately, but was able to stabilize the areas that were causing a problem so that I could continue to be pain free between appointments. This is something no other chiropractor has been able to do for me before. He has also been incredible with my tongue-tied newborn. It is clear he has an abundance of knowledge and he genuinely wants to make people better. I cannot recommend Elevate enough for the whole family!

After going to a few Vets in the area I finally found one that is incredible.Dr. Lang really knows her stuff! My Chihuahua is having a really bad skin episode. Looks like Dr. Lang may have a fix. Wonderful staff too. Don’t waste time with other Vets!

My experience with Court Street Veterinary Hospital so far has been excellent, so much so that I'm compelled to leave a review. Bringing my senior cat in for check-ups can be an ordeal so it's such a relief to know how well she'll be treated by this talented team. As she gets older I know she could need any manner of treatment for her health and comfort, so it brings me peace of mind that CSVH can handle so many afflictions in-house. Highly recommended!
We are new to this practice and it came highly recommended. We are very happy with the care all of our animals receive, however, very appreciative with the care they provided to our 4 year old Bengal cat, Tango, on 1/27/26. We encountered the need for an emergency visit, and I called at 8 am asking for assistance. Despite being double booked- they fit her in for an inpatient day stay. After completing a thorough exam and receiving treatment, she was home by 3 pm.
Bengals aren’t all that personable, but with slow and compassionate care, she was able to avoid additional sedation and complete the assessment needed.
There is no emergency care facility in the Keene area, but their extended week day hours make for convenient appointments after work.
Front desk staff are kind and knowledgeable and very helpful with appointment times and scheduling needs.
Kim is an incredible Tech making introductory visits comfortable and easy. Her connection to the animals is amazing. We were confident we made the right choice with Westside after meeting with her.
Both Vets offer excellent oversight and care. Animals are important in the lives of many. They deserve the best of care and definitely receive it at Westside.

I brought my very anxious dog to get his first spa day with Julia and she did an absolutely BEAUTIFUL job. He’s shiny, clean, trimmed perfectly and most importantly he left happy!! I started taking a yoga class with Michelle at the Fitzwilliam Town Hall two years ago. It had been awhile since I practiced yoga and she made me feel incredibly welcome. Regardless of your skill level, she teaches in a way that everyone can join and practice at their own intensity. She is warm, inviting, and makes you feel at ease. She provides great information throughout the practice so that you understand and learn about your body and how or why we’d use certain poses. She makes class fun! Puttering your lips is natural Botox!!! And it’s even more fun when you’re in happy baby pose! She really gets to know her students and you really feel cared for. When I first started I would get awful back spasms when doing twists, but over time my body learned to relax and yoga is the only thing that helped! She allows you the time and flexibility to lean into your own practice and foster your own journey. I would recommend her classes to anyone, any age, any fitness level, new or experienced!

I love Mudita studio and all of their instructors. Kat's Monday and Cara's Thursday evening classes are the best for overall body stretching and rehabilitation. They are both so knowledgably about how the body works and pass along that information during each class. Mary is an awesome instructor and I love the way she introduces new methods, especially the circle flow. Olivia and Alisa each do an amazing conditioning class incorporating very effective well rounded workout routines. Sara's Warm Slow Friday night class is the perfect way to end the week and the Sunday evening restorative classes are an ideal way to end the weekend and get your body ready for the new week. The studio is always so clean and welcoming and there is a strong sense of community among the members. I feel so fortunate to have found this studio just over a year ago.

I went for an ear candling appointment and it was extremely helpful. Pulled about a crayon's worth of wax out of my left ear canal and I felt so much better after.
