I have seen Jessica when I was feeling top-notch and when I was in serious pain. Each time, she was thoughtful, insightful, and amazingly talented. She has a gentle strength that is truly a gift.

Jessica is a rare find. Her abilities are exceptional. I live in Florida and make sure I book every time I’m in town.I met her when my aunt was dying and I was sleeping in hospital chairs. Not only was I heart broken, my body felt like it was breaking too. I felt like Humpty Dumpty and she kept putting me back together so I could cope and at least feel good in my body so I could handle life.This time, I drove 22 hours to NH. My body was hurting and she was able to release the muscle spasms and kinks. She is highly knowledgeable and knows how to find spots you didn’t even know were there. Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have had a Hot Stone massage as well as a Tia massage. While both were FABULOUS! I absolutely LOVED the Tia massage. I 100% recommend New Day Massage & Bodywork.
