“I started taking a yoga class with Michelle at the Fitzwilliam Town Hall two years ago. It had been awhile since I practiced yoga and she made me feel incredibly welcome. Regardless of your skill level, she teaches in a way that everyone can join and practice at their own intensity. She is warm, inviting, and makes you feel at ease. She provides great information throughout the practice so that you understand and learn about your body and how or why we’d use certain poses. She makes class fun! Puttering your lips is natural Botox!!! And it’s even more fun when you’re in happy baby pose! She really gets to know her students and you really feel cared for. When I first started I would get awful back spasms when doing twists, but over time my body learned to relax and yoga is the only thing that helped! She allows you the time and flexibility to lean into your own practice and foster your own journey. I would recommend her classes to anyone, any age, any fitness level, new or experienced!“
