We had a power surge which took out our electricity and heat on Jan 11th. I contacted Tattersall on the morning of Jan 12, explained the problem and they sent someone out to take a look. The problem could not be fully fixed on Jan 12, so they did a temporary fix so that we had power and heat for the night. The next day they were here from 7:30 am until 4 pm working/fixing everything. They were friendly and excellent in explaining what they were doing/needed to do, so that I understood the whole problem!

“We replaced our water heater on Saturday, only to discover Sunday morning (Easter Sunday, no less!) we had no power going to it due to old corroded electrical lines. We called Ells Electric, honestly not expecting to hear from them on Easter, but they answered our call within minutes and came out within a half hour!
