This is a family-owned business of the highest quality! For a few years now we have been promised our driveway would be regraveled by several other contractors - it became an ongoing joke...they never came, never called back, and left us very frustrated! Denice returned our call immediately and scheduled a visit with us within a day to determine what would be required to get the job done. Right from the start, when talking with Denice, we got a good feeling about her knowledge of paving and the best materials needed for our job. Within another day she had all of the quotes we asked for, and amazingly, our job was scheduled in less than two weeks from the date of our first conversation. The Cooper Paving & Excavating crew showed up right on time and with very well-kept trucks and equipment. Guy, Joe, Derek, and the rest of the crew were all very friendly, professional, and extremely hard working even in the terrible heat and humidity. Their attention to detail was remarkable making sure that all grass edges were trimmed away, weeds were burned and deweeded, and overhanging tree branches were cut back. With Denice's professional advice we opted for asphalt on the top part of our driveway and repurposed asphalt millings for the longer, steeper area. It turned out absolutely beautiful and it is great to know they also laid cement underneath the millings to create a more durable and long lasting drive. Denice was on top of the job progression the entire time and made sure every detail was to our specifications. We now have one of the best driveways in town and boy, are we glad we chose Cooper Paving & Excavating. Everything about the outcome, including the price, turned out perfect. My daughter had wanted a choppy bob for awhile and the last place she tried was disappointing, to say the least. But my best friend had gotten a fantastic cut and I asked her for a recommendation, and Nancy Hickox at Creative Styles was the name she gave me.
My daughter is 14 and self-conscious in that teenage way while not yet able to be assertive (or knowledgeable) about what exactly she wants, but Nancy was really good about asking questions, giving recommendations, keeping it simple enough for wash and go or able to be fancified when desired. The cut has a ton of little layers and bits that my daughter adores, very moveable and light and complimenting her face shape and glasses.
I would absolutely recommend Nancy and Creative Styles to anyone looking for a great cut at a great price, extremely reasonable given the quality - I was expecting at least half again, maybe double the price. Definitely a five star experience.
Chebaco is a great place. My dog loves going there for doggy day care 1-2 times per week. It keeps him socialized and friendly towards people and other dogs. We also board him there when we travel. He is always well cared for at Chebaco. The staff is very friendly. Lucky to have such a great place in our community.

Da Brothers Contractors came to my rescue after another contractor improperly installed three Velux skylights that resulted in ongoing leaks. They responded quickly, performed a thorough inspection, clearly explained what was wrong, scheduled the repairs immediately, and corrected the installation to Velux manufacturer standards.

M&L did an awesome job paving our driveway a couple of years ago and this year it was time to seal coat it for the first time. Larry and the crew just completed it (Aug/28/25) and they did an awesome job on the two layers of coating too. Very clean edges and their attention to detail shows!
