Shelby is an excellent massage therapist. She listens carefully to determine what to address in the session, and knew just what to do to help my areas of pain. She showed me helpful stretches to do at home, and I left feeling relaxed and my pain level was definitely relieved. Her space is lovely and I appreciate the cleanliness and Covid precautions. All-around great experience.
