“I called the office very stressed about a sudden leak in a first floor ceiling that coincided with melting snow. Within 90 minutes Joe came by to check out what could be causing the issue. He said he’d send a crew the next day in the afternoon. The crew showed up at 7am the next day to assess, a great morning surprise. Threw some ice melt on the roof section and said he’d be back in the afternoon. As promised, came back and issue was fixed very promptly and for a very fair price. Will return for any future needs.”
