I just had a massage with Alexander. It was fantastic, I know remember why self care is critical. He was able to resolve a nagging neck pain. His technique is remarkable. I have had many massages and different types of massage in my long life - I would have to put this massage in the top two ever!
I've been going to Mudita consistently for almost two years, now. It's is by far, my favorite yoga place in Keene, as well as, my go-to place to receive massage. The infrared heat panels for hot yoga are delightful and every yoga teacher I've had has a unique personality that shines through in their teaching style- each class is different and creative, which is good for me because I get bored easily. I'm not a morning person and I go to classes at 6:30am, which says a lot! All of their massage therapists are superb and they even do trainings together as a team to share and develop their techniques- it certainly shows. I had the most amazingest massage with Alexander! Good enough to make up new words. Intuitive, creative, calming and joyful! I'm a massage therapist myself and part of me wanted to take notes of the wonderful techniques he used wishing I could learn to do it myself! Highly recommend him!
