Incredible spot to practice. The facilities are clean, friendly, and even as a newbie I never feel out of place. The teachers are incredible. Thought provoking flows and a lovely fostering environment.The online classes are also excellent if you want to practice from home. It is thanks to NH power yoga that my family and I are yogis today.P.S. Lois + Meghan are the best (in my humble opinion!)

NH Power yoga NEVER disappoints me. Every teacher is professional yet friendly. Every class is exactly what I needed for that day! I have been a member for over 5 years and look forward to many more years to come for the perfect yoga class!!!!

Since in real life yoga has started again (thank god!), I've been looking for a new hot yoga studio, as the one I went to pre-pandemic permanently closed. After trying different places and classes I've happily selected NH Power Yoga as my new studio. Top reasons: great and varied teachers, good selection of classes, impeccably clean studio with a beautiful hardwood floor that is cleaned after each class. I look forward to getting to know my fellow yogis here, and continuing to deepen my practice.
