I was invited to this gym as a friend is a member. She loves it so much so I thought why not give it a try? The facility is beautiful and super clean! The class itself? If you need something to boost your everyday strength training, BURN will seriously do that for you! Great music choices, instructor was very upbeat, overall great class and reallyyyy makes you sweat!
Wow, my first Megacore class and that was by far such an incredible experience! Trying something new is always fun, but it can be a little overwhelming but with the guidance of Celia (the instructor) as well as other experienced members there it turned out to be a challenging but super enjoyable experience. Highly recommend if you are looking to switch things up and break a sweat!
Took my first class last night and it was a blast. Friendly and helpful staff made me feel comfortable and set me up for success. Claudia got the week started off right with high energy and positive vibes!
