Highly recommend this place . The instructor caters to the needs of the students. She doesn’t force them and yet challenges them just enough. Each week there is growth both mentally and physically as they are both interrelated . With each pose , you go deeper and become aware . The pics on the website doesn’t do justice to the complexity of the poses and yet the instructor guides the students with grace citing her own journey and growth as an example and prodding them to just try a little . A great place for improving both the physical and mental strength !
Such a beautiful experience that I’m so excited I came across. I reached out to Sanjyot prior to coming into the class and she was so caring and understanding over the phone. She made me feel comforted and welcomed without even meeting her. I took my first class and she was so beyond supportive throughout the entire class. She helps you feel seen and gave me courage when I really needed it. I will absolutely be back and cannot wait to grow my aerial skills and learn more about mindfulness from Sanjyot. It’s a must do!!
OM Studio Central is a lovely establishment. Attendees are valued meaning the instructor will refer to you on a first name basis and work with you based on what your goals are and any condition you may have that maybe a hurdle in attaining your goal i.e. medical.
