I had such a beautiful experience at The Om Ariel yoga class. From the moment I walked in, the energy felt calm, grounding, and welcoming. Ariel creates a space that feels both safe and empowering, which allowed me to fully relax and be present in my body.
The flow was intentional and well-paced — challenging enough to build strength and focus, but gentle enough to honor where everyone was at. I especially appreciated how she incorporated breathwork and mindfulness throughout the class. It didn’t just feel like a workout; it felt like a reset.
This place is a GEM in central Mass. The energy of this space is so warm & inviting, it’s truly a peaceful & welcoming facility to train. The owner, Sunny, goes above & beyond to provide support, comfort & care to all that walk through her studio doors, you can tell her heart is the beat of this beautiful drum.
