    About a year ago, I walked into Banyan Tree for the first time. Out of shape, anxious, and a former rugby player…I didn’t know if yoga would be the right fit for me. From the first moment I entered the studio, I was greeted with welcome, warm instructors and an absolutely genuine and incredible vibe. Inclusive of all body shapes, ages, and abilities, the community at Banyan Tree has allowed me to grow not only as a yogi, but get more fit and calm that anxious mind a little. They are quick to offer accommodations without sacrificing the integrity of the poses and offer encouragement and support.     I’ve had the pleasure of taking a few classes with different instructors - love that I can still practice in the comfort of my own home and stream in. Need to make it over in person again soon :)

    I signed up for Banyan Tree's emBODY LOVE yoga workshop this past February, it was my first time attending a class at the studio. The classes in the workshop and the expertise of the instructor, Leah, were wonderful. Leah made all participants (in-class and virtual) feel extremely included, comfortable and safe. The flow and vibe of the class was great. I would definitely sign up for another class or workshop at Banyan Tree yoga again! I would highly recommend any of Leah's yoga classes for a beginner or frequently practicing yogi. I have been practicing yoga for the past 8 years on and off and I felt the class taught me a lot about my practice and myself in general....read full review
