He answered and was at my home before 7am and quickly got our hot water working again. He also noticed a problem with the initial install and offered a solution to help prevent future issues. “Wetherbee is top notch, nicest guys and they do a great job! We use them for our furnace and all plumbing. They came yesterday to investigate a leak in the ceiling and they found the source within 2 minutes! Shower drain concrete seal was old and failed. They used the latest material and method to fix it for the long haul. They even have a dry wall guy they recommend for patching up the 9 x 9 hole they had to cut. Better them than us! Professional, knowledgeable and polite! What more could you ask for!“

“Called yesterday, and Kevin called me back. We were having an issue with the AC in our office building. We had a tech out in the morning from another company that told us the entire thing needed to be replaced! Kevin however didn't think that was the case, and walked myself and my maintenance man through how to test and see what was going on. “I called Jason Wetherbee LLC to come look at a leaky faucet in a tub/shower. It was not an emergency, but Jason himself came to check it out the next day. It was far from a quick fix, but he showed me the issues and risks involved with trying to fix it because of the design of the valve and because of his knowledge and experience (and he said a little luck), he was able to fix it on the 2nd try. He kept me fully informed the whole way and also showed me where the shutoff valve is for the house. His rates were very reasonable and I will keep definately call him first to check out any other issues I have. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as ability to communicate with me. I say it was excellent customer service.“

“Seriously the best service I have ever had. I called on a Tuesday, they showed up Wednesday and got my central AC up and running very quickly. They were very honest and up front with what they were doing, even showing me readings so I knew they were being honest. Price was better than I would have expected and… best part… they followed up with me several hours later to make sure I was still good and didn’t need anything else.
