Had a simple furnace cleaning done not only was the cost double then the year before but a week later my furnace started tripping out and leaking fuel from the burner and venting fumes into my house…i had zero issues before the cleaning…i called to have them come back to re-check my system and they never showed up and never even gave me a call back… I do not recommend them to anyone…terrible experience

I moved into a new house. Furnace wasn't working properly. I am a single mom with 2 children and they came in and told me I needed to repair parts. They didn't even access the whole furnace before doing so and see when it was serviced last. How could you not see I needed it cleaned out? That night, I awoke to an alarm that carbon monoxide was filling up in my house. I quickly ran out with my kids. Lucky to be alive. It was taken apart the next day only to see how dirty it was. I was told again that I was lucky to be alive. They charged me alot of money. Why wouldn't you service it and then replace whatever it needed? I had to pay two separate companies for the repair....read full review
