Could not recommended Tyler and his crew enough . We had three head units and 1 condenser installed . In a world of shady contractors Tyler is a black sheep . Super professional, honest and easy to work with . Showed up , worked hard and everything went according to plan . His communications and updates on the projects were awesome . Also his office lady Destiny was beyond helpful walking us through mass save stuff and schedule everything with us . Highly recommended.
There are not enough positive words to describe my experience with Tyler. He might be the most professional individual I have ever dealt with. He answered the phone on the first call and was polite and enthusiastic about helping. He scheduled an appt and followed up with reminder text messages , even sent one letting me know he was 15 minutes away. He arrived full of smiles and provided EXCELLENT service with a GREAT attitude. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, had all factory service kits and the right equipment to do the job correctly. He took care to clean before and after. I am blown away with his knowledge and dedication to customer care. Having been self employed in the service industry for over 30 years, I know what service is. This ‘young fella’ has got it!!! Tyler was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He helped us pick the best unit for our needs and we are very happy with it! (We went with a Samsung brand and love that it has an app feature) He helped answer any questions we had before and after installation and had everything set up for us quickly!! Very pleased overall and will for sure use them again for future mini split needs!!
