“Going to call.them again for a different issue. Had a water heater installed, a great brand, a lot cheaper than anywhere else. Had that done 3 years ago,just decided to do a review after another issue that came up. I would not use any other plumbing service. They are the best. Called them yesterday about a Delta shower faucet that was leaking.. Shawn came out and fixed it same day. Usually replacing cartridge, removing the on off handle breaks and it gets expensive. Shawn saw a procedure on a plumbing website how to get it off without breaking (takes to much print to describe), and he tried it for the first time on our shower. It worked like a charm. He will use it on Delta shower faucets from now on. Of course no guarantee it will work everytime, but it saved us between $400-$500 dollars. He has been doing plumbing for 26 years. He is always learning how to service customers the best and it pays off. I would never use any plumbing service other than Plumbing Specialties. They are the best.“

“On a Sunday morning, I went to my basement and found water . Called Mr. Rooter because they do emergency repairs. Technician scheduled showed up early. After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each.
