JTM Plumbing did an excellent job installing our new water faucets. While they were working, they also noticed a leaking valve that needed attention and took care of it before it became a bigger problem. They were professional, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. We really appreciate their attention to detail and great service. Highly recommend JTM Plumbing!
I submitted a request for service, not an emergency, but eventually the issue would become one so decided to reach out to have my main line snaked. Unfortunately my house is older and the lines aren’t exactly run the way you’d expect so they weren’t able to clear the blockage. They provided me with a couple of alternatives to fix the issue. So far from what I have dealt with for today, customer service is top notch. Service is excellent, and explanation of the issue and how to resolve them are also excellent. The two plumbers that came out were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you!
The guys who came out to help me were amazing!! They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and gave a great breakdown of what they were doing before they did it! I will 100% be using them again if I have any future plumbing needs!
