My condenser fan's motor went out on my AC. I emailed (maybe too much) and called and was able to get someone out that morning. The tech was great and knowledgeable. Diagnosed the issue and set about fixing it in a bit over an hour.I was worried about getting someone for days let alone have someone available within an hour of my call. My house was in the 90s and high 80s for about a day and a half during Labor Day and it was just miserable and Grunwald pulled off a miracle. IMPRESSED!I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. The first company I called out did not clear the line completely, causing this second backup. KUDOS to Tyler for his persistence and professionalism.
