my heater was kicking on then turning right off. called in the AM and someone was here by 3pm. after diagnostic testing, he was able to figure out my issue. respectful, kind, knowledgeable and reasonable priced. Great service!!
My carbon monoxide detector started going off, so I called in a panic. The person who answered the phone stayed calm and helped me to keep calm while they walked me through what to do and put me on the list for a tech. Mike was at my house in less than an hour from when I called. He checked the whole house and found that it was thankfully just a faulty monitor. He asked if there was anything else he could help with while he was there, and it happened that my heat had gone out two days prior. He checked it over and found it was a busted motor, but while replacing the part, he found a piece of induction tape that had broken off when Apollo was out at my house in June to replace my AC. He took full accountability for the mistake and treated this emergency call as a callback from the prior install. He tested my house for carbon monoxide, got my heat working again, did a maintenance check for the furnace, and saved me so much worry. In doing so, Mike and Apollo Heating and Air as a whole not only provided the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced in my life (I say this as someone who worked customer service for 12 years) but showed the utmost integrity in accepting accountability for a mistake that he very easily could have just not told me about and I would have never known. The gratitude I feel cannot be described. I cannot recommend Apollo Heating and Air enough. Mike was so incredibly kind and helpful, and was good and patient with my dog. Their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is The Standard for what customer service should be. I am a customer for life.
Had my a/c system replaced, Nick and Desmond did a very professional job, answered all my questions, and finished the job on time. I highly recommend Apollo Heating and Air.
