Air conditioner was shaking and making noise. Called Trico and talked with Anna, told her we'd like to make an appointment to have it checked out and fixed. She asked me to hold for a moment, then came back and said she had a tech that could be at the house to look at it in about 35 minutes. Tech Zac shows up, diagnoses the problem and orders parts. Gets the parts the same day and returns and the A/C is working like a charm.\nGreat customer service, polite and effective technician, couldn't be happier.
