My furnace would not start end of October. My sister passed away suddenly in Omaha, leaving my elderly mother without her caregiver and I was stressed figuring out those details running back and forth and then my furnace not starting with temperatures dipping into the low 30's, I was in a bind for both time and resources. I called Jeremy's office and he returned my call within minutes and was out within an hour of speaking to him. Jeremy and Jayden were wonderful and worked on my furnace in my cellar without any complaints in less than favorable conditions. Jeremy is the man!! Woke up to 50° inside my house this morning. I called Professional Heating and Air in Plattsmouth and left a message. Jeremy called back within minutes and took time over his lunch break to stop by and check out the furnace. Diagnosis and fix took less than 10 minutes. Plus he was great with my crazy puppies! My mom's heat went out on a Saturday. I called late Saturday afternoon and the tech showed up first thing Sunday morning. He was polite professional and kind.
