The original appointment block was from 12:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. and when I called about the technician's estimated time of arrival Michelle showed great customer service on the phone with the information I requested. Our technician, Tanner, arrived at the updated time of arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor despite working outdoors in the rain. Tanner diagnosed and corrected our issue in less than 30 minutes (capacitor replacement). Blaze, Michelle, and Tanner made it so our family only experienced 86°F indoor temperatures for a short period of time, at a reasonable price, with professional and kind customer service.“

Ben, a very qualified technician, came out to my house and listened to the issues I was encountering. He was very personable, knowledgeable and a straight shooter which I very much appreciate. We brainstormed and came up with a plan of attack to try and increase comfort levels and reduce run times. He offered a few ideas to make adjustments. Side note based on my experience and opinion. If you are building a home or installing a new system make sure you engage the HVAC company in discussions about what your comfort expectations are for the home you live in. Ask what products are available because there are a lot. It’s not a one size fits all. The minimum design requirements set forth might be an interior temperature of 75* but to me that’s not comfort in my home.“

“I had my AC scheduled for maintenance, The cost for that, after 9 years of no maintenance was very reasonable, and the AC tech., Brandon-a great guy explained everything very well. Following that I had a problem with my thermostat. They came back, after hours, and Brandon worked about two additional hours, they replaced two thermostats that were corroded and did so at NO CHARGE. I've never had service like this before. A great company and great people work for them. I highly recommend them“

Benny was our HVAC Tech and he identified the wiring issue within minutes. He replaced our wire and even did some general checks on the heat pump unit. “I called AC Cycle on a Sunday due to my A/C going out on a Saturday evening. Jason answered the call and assisted me with a series of trouble-shooting steps. He asked a number of relavant questions and it was like he knew exactly what the issue was and how to resolve it, literally over the phone. He had me take a couple steps and worked with me over the phone throughout the entire Sunday.

At the end of the day, I was able to resolve my own issue without Jason having to come out to where I live. He simply worked the issue with me over the phone. He answered my calls and text messages throughout the day, without hesitation. On a Sunday!!

I offered to give him money for his time and expert services he provided throughout the day and he would not accept my offers.

I cannot begin to describe how satisfied I am with this experience, working with Jason over the phone. I have read horror stories of being taken advantage of by A/C repair men and Jason was literally, truly the exact opposite. He IS the bar when it comes to customer service and satisfaction.

If I EVER have any issues with my A/C unit again, I will IMMEDIATELY give Jason a call. He is the diamond in the rough-type of A/C repair man that I truly hoped for.
