“Dr. John and team are wonderful! This office was recommended to me by a pharmacist in 2020 after my PCP had relocated. I was seeking a new PCP and this office checks all of my boxes. At my first 2 visits Dr. John spent lots of time getting to know me and my health journey and goals. I had never in my over 40+ years at that point; had a HCP spend that much time and care. Every visit since he spends the right amount of time and his bedside manner is EXCELLENT! This office operates much like the functional medicine practitioners IYKYK. I am so thankful to have found Dr. John and his team. Please give this office a try for your primary and urgent care needs.“

“I can't say enough. I sought out Oak Street after a horrible experience with my grandfather's doctor.. The first thing that was different was the appointment was scheduled for 45 minutes. They actually saw him and talked with him for even longer than that.
Second, they listened!!! They didn't dismiss concerns and they found the issue that they other doctor had missed. They have called regularly to check on him and they call back when you call.

Please, please, please love your senior family members enough to access the best healthcare possible.

Firstly, I went to the building across HT near the intersection of “Manly Way”, but the signs did not indicate “Rex Digestive Care”, only, “urgent care”, cancer center, and MRI center. The customer service specialist at the front counter was amazing (wearing glasses, & pink/purple, I believe). You were delightful, thoughtful, and sweet! Thank you. (Sorry, didn’t get your name). My appointment time will show staff in the area for all comments.2. Dr. McKay’s nurse “Reindeer”, she was wonderful, delightful, and pleasurable. Thank you for your patience, help, and understanding.3. “Fluery” - Phlebotomist -lab 112, I believe your last name was “Rhodes” if I’m correct. Thank you so much for being able to accommodate me by taking blood where I’m most comfortable, as well as being able to be so good at it that it was almost painless. I have a phobia of bloodwork and you’re the best of doing it for me, didn’t even faint, she was able to get it the first time and was quick. I have small veins so she also didn’t have to do it multiple times or blow through my vein those cases have been painful. Please be my future phlebotomist for future blood work (lol ;). More nurses & phlebotomist needs your skills. “Personable” and someone who has multiple skill sets to take blood for patients with phobias and need it painless, quick as possible.” Thank you ;) !!!4.
