I wanted to give everyone kudos for the suburb, awesome experience.1. Firstly, I went to the building across HT near the intersection of “Manly Way”, but the signs did not indicate “Rex Digestive Care”, only, “urgent care”, cancer center, and MRI center. The bldg with the same “11200” was the same and confusing.The wonderful, polite, delightful, Lady working at the desk upon my arrival with the sandy blonde/brown hair you were great. Sorry didn’t get your name. You were the specialist (main door entry) at the rehabilitation care unit and helped me so much in getting re-oriented to the correct building/direction. I’ve written reviews before but just wanted to put another 5 star out here for Dr Mokeba who has been taking care of me for almost a decade. Please UNC take care of her, she’s the best provider I’ve ever had. She goes the extra mile for me all the time and I just want to make sure it’s known on your end how valuable she really is! She is also my father-in-law’s provider as well. We both give her 100 stars!
Dr Kheterpal is awesome. From the first time I met him for my office visit he was extremely attentive and listened to me like I was the only patient of the day. I work in medical and that’s hard to come by. He did a endoscopy and colonoscopy on me. I felt nothing afterwards. He even stretched my esophagus to help with complications I’ve been having with my MS. I was nervous at first because my husband had it done with another gastroenterologist and was miserable for at least a week. If they didn’t tell me I wouldn’t even know he did that. You can’t go wrong with this guy!
