Really appreciate all the staff and my doctor here. They listen, they are kind, smart, and are easy to talk to. I have had no issues getting my prescriptions or blood work done. Everything is done in a timely matter too! So happy I was referred to them :)
I have been a patient of Dr. Tang for over 20 years. It has become more difficult to get in to see her for sick calls, because she stays busy, but that's ok with me because I know I can get in to see Scottie. I have never left a visit where I didn't feel satisfied with the care I received. Both Dr. Tang and Scottie spend as much time with me as needed. The only complaint I have is that I don't get to see Nurse Betty anymore. I would suggest that if you can't get an appointment with Dr. Tang, give Scottie a try.
I cant say enough amazing compliments about this practice. My PCP, Scotttie, is absolutely amazing!!! She is very prompt with responses to messages written in the patient portal and clearly cares about her patients, as opposed to some physicians who just try to collect money. If there is a concern that requires the need to be seen in office, an appointment is readily available with her or a similar nurse, and if the issue is not so serious, she promptly sends in a prescription.
I also have to brag on her nurse (Caroline, I believe) who helped me last week. The nurse who did my intake carefully calmed me down from a panic attack by asking me about my tattoo (great distraction)… read full review
