“The people are very nice and I truly believe this is an honest mistake. I received my glasses today, come home to put them on… there is no prescription in them. Completely can’t see out of them. Upsetting. Will update review if this is solved quickly.

Update! They are on top of things at this location. They are fixing the issue no problem :)

“Great customer service. Everyone was professional. I was explained how the doctor was going to conduct my visit and then I was asked if it was okay which I was. Each step in the process of my eye exam was explained. The doctor explained all the scans of my eyes and I was asked if I had any questions. I was very pleased with the level of service everyone gave. The staff exhibited great professionalism and customer service skills throughout my time in the office. They were very knowledgeable about the eye wear I choice to purchase. Overall I was very pleased with the service I received.“

“I would like to suggest one thing be open more hours so your customers have more options to make an appointment being closed Sunday, Monday and Thursday and then the rest of the week only half days must be nice for you but what about your customer?“
