This was by far the best eyecare/eyewear experience that I've ever had anywhere before in my life. I came into Visionworks in Knightdale expecting a regular routine eye exam and to purchase a pair of glasses. I was warmly greeted by Ava, the manager as soon as I entered the store. I arrived early for my appointment so she started showing me their wide selection of frames until it was time for my appointment. She was very helpful and explained my insurance allowances thoroughly and quickly convinced me into picking out not one but two pairs of frames. Hey all! There is a new manager in town and I have to tell that changes are evident. There were smiles on faces when I walked in and, yes, an eagerness to help me out. I am tough on my prescription readers and was offered top notch advice and a cost effective solution I had not anticipated. Well done! Thank you!

I was skeptical about going to a chain store for eye care but was pleasantly surprised. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel rushed and was relaxed the whole time. GREAT JOB !!!
