“I've always had the best care at Carolina Family Vision. Since they opened in Holly Springs, I've used them for my family's eye care. Even though I now live in Pittsboro, I still make the drive to continue receiving their excellent service. When I arrive on time for our appointments, they're ready and I don't have to sit around waiting. The time spent in the exam is efficient but so much so that I feel I'm being rushed through. If I have a question or concern, all the time needed to address it is taken. I'll add, too, that the pricing with our insurance is very agreeable. The ladies at the front desk do their best to ensure I'm taking full advantage of the benefits available through my plan while at the same time never seeming like they're trying to upsell me on services I don't really need. Great service, kind staff, good prices... Why go anywhere else?“

I expected to buy the cushion and replace it myself, but the gentleman on staff did everything right there on the spot for me. “Dr. David Bailey is the absolute best eye doctor I've ever been to. He's thorough, patient, and kind. He really listens to what his patients are saying through out the eye exam. I've been going to him for years. My son needed an eye exam and glasses. I wanted to send my him to the best and I did! Dr. Bailey did my son's eye exam and the wonderful ladies that work in the eyeglasses section helped him pick out just the right frames and they were on an unbelievably low special! I'll continue to see Dr. Bailey and this practice till he retires!“

My glasses were kinda damaged from a fall that I had had. And the associate that repaired them did an awesome job. I will always go to this optometry office and Dunn, North Carolina to get my eyes checked and by my glasses and contact lenses from them.“

“Honestly amazing experience from beginning to end. I called on a Monday to get an appointment as a new patient, and they squeezed me in 2 days later. The eye exam tech/assistant was SO kind and the Doctor Hoye was so thorough and didn’t make the process scary at all. And then, to getting the glasses after my exam, the woman I worked with was so helpful and really helped me with my decision on what frame to choose, and was honest about my lense thickness, prices, etc., so happy I found this place!!“

“I found Bowers Optometry by a Google search. I thought I had an eye infection. I was able to get in the same week I called. Dr. Bowers and her staff were very welcoming on my first visit. I did have an eye irritation and got drops, but I also had a pretty big cataract in my right eye and another budding one in my left. Dr. Bowers referred me to the best eye surgeon to take them out. I’ll sing his praises in his page. Every visit to Bowers Optometry since that first visit has been wonderful and a great experience all around. Not only does Dr. Bowers take time to explain what she’s doing , why, and steps forward, but her interactions are very welcoming and friendly. “The people at Clarity are helpful and kind. There are a variety of glasses frames to choose from. The prices without insurance for lenses are higher than at some stores. There was some confusion with the price I was to pay for the glasses after insurance.“
