Five stars for the whole team at Visionworks. Omar and Travis took great care of us from the moment we walked in, and Dr. Hood did a thorough, unhurried exam for me and both of my kids — he really took his time looking at our eyes and I walked out feeling like our eye health was in good hands. The woman who did our pre-exam workup was patient and great with the kids too; I didn't catch her name, but she deserves just as much credit as the rest of her team. They also helped us understand our lens options and land on what actually made sense for us instead of just upselling. Easy, friendly, professional. Highly recommend.
I came to this location for a contact lens exam after visiting another location six months ago for glasses. While that experience was fine, the service I received here was on an entirely different level.
Ayria and Bella were absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I had a great experience. Everyone that worked here, from the secretary all the way to the doctor, was patient, kind, professional and personable. And they had a huge selection of glasses. This is definitely my new eye doctor!
