Wow! This place is impressive! Staff and doctor were very friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable and my needs were met and my questions were answered. I never felt rushed or anxious during this visit. I would highly recommend The Eye Institute!

I had something very painful in my right eye. Using eye drops at home would not flush it away and the pain was terrible by the second day. I went to see Dr. Yoakum and received wonderful care. He skillfully removed a wood splinter that had somehow lodged itself in my eye. When he showed me the Q-Tip he had used, I could actually see the splinter. The pain disappeared immediately and I returned home happy and pain-free. I highly recommend the Eye Institute. My wife and I have used them for examinations and other issues, and we have always been really happy with the results.

I had an appointment with Dr. Luu and she was attentive to my concerns. She took her time and thoroughly explained the results of my exam. Everyone who works there are nothing but kind and helpful. I’m so grateful that I found this practice when I moved to Raleigh.
