“I've had the pleasure of doing business here for over 5 years. I recently had a problem with my vision and though it may have been my prescription. I called the office to make sure I was using them correctly. I made an appointment and that's when Dr. Kiarash Bassirri realized I had a detached retina and made arrangements for surgery. It was a smooth and speedy process to say the least.i was so glad the hd was able to figure out what the problem was and how we could fix it. I felt confident to know I was in the right place to be seen.“
“I’ve been here twice for my annual eye exams and both times have been pleasant experiences. Dr. Klaus is super friendly and very kind. He seems to spend an appropriate amount of time adjusting the lenses during the exam to make sure he’s getting as close as humanly possible to an accurate prescription, unlike a few other places I’ve been (*coughmyeyedoctorcough*) where they flip things a few times and send you on your way even if you don’t sound sure. He asks helpful questions and definitely cares about your eyes. As a practitioner, he and the assistants definitely get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I only knock off a star because the frame selection here is pretty minimal, and the ones they carry are mostly designer that are over $200, which is a bit much for me personally. And the frame shapes / colors are pretty standard anyway, so there aren’t really any options for someone like me who wants a much bolder or brighter look. Even so, I’d definitely recommend this location for your exams and eye health concerns.“

“Getting old and needing glasses sucks. Shawn and his team at Warby Parker North Hills will make you feel fabulous with the wide array of gorgeous frames and being able to read the fine print again doesn't hurt either.“
“I accidentally sat on my wife's new glasses. One arm was bent and the lens had popped out. I called and they said they would look at them. My wife and I dropped in and a very adept gentleman immediately took a tool and carefully realigned the frame and secured the lens back into position. Very happy that I get a reprieve from my wife. And very impressed with this level of impromptu service. Very happy.“

“I was referred to Dr. Holland's office from my current eye doctor, whom I have been seeing for 20 years. The building is much larger once inside, and my experience only got better. “My first visit with Dr. Lyerly has been a very positive experience. The kind and friendly receptionist was able to get me in quickly for an eye issue, and Dr. Lyerly carefully examined my eyes and diagnosed and then explained the problem. I left the office with a plan of treatment and relieved that the problem wasn’t serious. I am very pleased with the care that I received here, and that they were able to get me in quickly for diagnosis and treatment. I plan to continue here for my routine exams as well.“
