How can a Dr just leave his location and not let ANY PATIENTS KNOW?!?!!??I drive 45 minutes to his office only to find out he moved and took all records without notifying his patients. Then the receptionist at his new office says maybe she can get my records tomorrow and figure out how to send it...what?!?. She goes on to say they have no fax, email or wifi and someone will get back to me...WORST PATIENT CARE EVER!!!!
