“I had an HVAC replacement of almost a 30 year system. I shopped for a local, business to support those with businesses in my community. I looked at four companies. It was down to sales and impression. I dealt with Vonnie Nelson who is a partner and CFO at Davidson. I found him refreshingly transparent, a person with years of experience working in the field, educated on the products, had walked the walk, now sharing his knowledge and expertise. I wasn’t an easy sell; I had to wait for financing and I’m old (enough said). He was understanding and helpful where he could be. I never felt pressured. I did get irritated with the lack of communication from management to staff, but realized in the whole scheme of things, that was minor and on me. Two working days after I had financing the crew was here exactly when I was told to expect them, every day. They didn’t waste a minute; immediately they were disconnecting and in the crawl space. Of course we were at some of the seasons hottest days! These men never stopped except for a short lunch and drinking lots of water on the move. In three days, out with the old and in with the new including updating several code violations that were nonexistent 30 years ago. There was no clean up for me. Needless to say there was a massive sticker shock, but Davidson was very cost competitive. Today it’s just down right hard to find trustworthy business people, employees who are respectful and actually work. Btw, I never once saw a cell phone out; they were too busy working! I made a good decision and the right choice. I recommend this business.“
