I received telephone service via text and calls from Mr Kuykendall, as it was a holiday weekend and he was out of town. He was attentive and gave me some troubleshooting tips to try, since their service team was backed up with customers due to the extreme temperatures. He spoke with my husband and gave step by step instructions on how to check certain elements of the unit and gave simple remedies. He was a blessing to us and we appreciate him going above and beyond to help us. We will definitely be calling Central Services for future maintenance and repairs. Thank you all!
These folks are just good people, kind, professional, they take pride in their work, and do an exceptional job at more than fair prices. Communication is excellent and they figure out ways to help during inclamate weather.
