They resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, sometimes in less than 15 minutes, and explain the situation so customers can problem solve themselves. The install crew is considered one of the best in Davidson county, and the systems they put in run great. They have come through during 90-100 degree hot spells when AC is essential. One customer's unit needed to be replaced, and it was handled fast at a very competitive price. The installers were professional and had pleasant dispositions, and even the gentleman who answers the phone is friendly. The team has helped with an entire new system at a home and HVAC service calls on a rental. They are efficient, thorough, and always deliver. Customers highly recommend them for all service and install needs.
Out A/C went out and in a very short amount of time they were able to come and fix the problem in less than 15 min and explained the situation so that next time we could check the unit and problem solve ourselves. The man was polite and for 15 years have been using the same people and always come at the earliest convenience which is usually right away. Very much appreciated and will refer them to anyone who needs it.
Dillards install crew is one of the best in Davidson county, Jared, Johnathan, and Donald are all knowledgeable and the system they have put in for me runs great! Use them for all your service and install needs!
I’ve been using Dillard’s Heating and air for approximately 25 years!! The service I’ve received from them has always been impeccable. I started when Jeff owned the company and now I work with Noah Beck. Both individuals earned my trust immediately.
I once had a lawn mower break down at the edge of the road in front of my home, Noah came by, saw me struggling to move my mower away from the road edge and he and a co - worker got out and helped me push it to a safe place. How many business owners do that kind of courtesy to their clients!!
