I had an HVAC replacement of almost a 30 year system. I shopped for a local, business to support those with businesses in my community. I looked at four companies. It was down to sales and impression. I dealt with Vonnie Nelson who is a partner and CFO at Davidson. I found him refreshingly transparent, a person with years of experience working in the field, educated on the products, had walked the walk, now sharing his knowledge and expertise. Austin Malone is top notch. After listening to my concerns about the fear of a new system being needed, he said he'd take a look. My compressor was a stage two, but only running at half capacity. He quickly found a wire that was loose and within moments my system was running like never before.
I mentioned i had no airflow in two separate rooms of the house, he went and took a look and then fixed something with the damper. Now all my vents have proper airflow. I can't say enough good things about the guy. Professional, confident, straight to the point.
