“My well pump went out last year on a Friday night. Flowmaster was the only company able to get to me over the weekend. They arrived next morning and not only repaired the pump but advised me on several systems the previous home owner had installed. These systems were unexessary and costly to repair. James offered several options to repair or bypass these systems. We ended up bypassing these systems and replacing the pump. Great service and James was very upfront about not being the cheapest option in my area, but guaranteed the best service. He delivered quality service and incredible customer service.A year later (yesterday) the pump he installed went out again. I called and they came out right away (within 40 minutes) they diagnosed the problem and advised that there was a chance the issue wouldn't be covered under my warranty. They had my well repaired next day and James went out of his way to make sure the part replacement was covered under warranty.
