“I had two different folks out to my place today from here. Christian Meads did an initial consultation and then Charlie Smith came out to do a camera inspection of the pipes.<br><br>First, same day service, including getting the second guy out. Great. Second, they were both professional and friendly.<br><br>I spent more time with Charlie, and he did a good job explaining things so I could understand it, giving me options, etc.<br><br>Btw, y'all might find it interesting, they came out because my septic line was STRUCK BY LIGHTNING. They also helped clearly document stuff so that the insurance claim will be straightforward.”

“Dr. Drain is an excellent service company. Unlike other plumbers (the one that always advertises on tv or the one that can't return a phone call), Dr. Drain is very customer oriented and they know plumbing very well. Ryan worked on my kitchen faucet and, when it was beyond repair, he contacted Moen (another first rate customer service company) and requested a replacement. He installed the new faucet and it's working perfectly. He also adjusted the water pressure in the house. It only took a couple of days to get an appointment. “Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome. We’ve had JVG in for several different issues over the years and have always been please with the outcome.Service: Install waste disposal”
