“Overall an excellent experience. We were having problems with our garbage disposal and our dish washer. I first spoke with Sara when making the appointment. I was unsure of the billing structure so she had Corey ( the owner) call me to personally explain. We made the appointment and Phillip (the technician) was on time, courteous and knowledgeable . We needed a new disposal and Phillip clearly explained several options. We made our choice and Phillip quickly and efficiently did the install. The issue with the dishwasher wasn’t as clear. Phillip checked several potential problems and discovered a bad connection of the electrical which he remedied . We though we were going to have to get a new dishwasher so this was extremely welcome.
