“I worked for this company a short time ago. I just turned 47 October 2nd and I've never seen a man that knew so much about so many different types of AC / Heating units. if we went on a service call and there was a unit there he hadn't worked on in a while he decipher the wiring diagram like clockwork and fix the problem first time every time. and I'm not exaggerating.”
“David with Morris-Jenkins was fantastic! He was professional, friendly, and thorough during our maintenance visit. I really appreciated that he was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. It’s refreshing to find someone who focuses on great service instead of upselling. Highly recommend David and Morris-Jenkins!”
“I wanted to take a second and thank Dave Fowler, Adam, Austin and Jordan for the incredible job that they did installing our tankless water heater. This was no small task and on one of the hottest days of the year. From start to finish they were professional in every sense of the word. The nice part about dealing with Ben Franklin, One Hour Heating and Air and On Time Electrical is that you have all the disciplines under one roof. This job took all day and then some but these guys pushed through and had us fully operational that evening. They accidentally nicked a wall when removing the old water heater but had a guy out that same day to repair it. It was a small scratch. They not only fixed it but ended up painting the entire hall wall. That is above and beyond. If you are looking for folks who provide a great value, are on time and do the job right, call Dave Fowler and boys and they will take care of you.”
