Mario was very personable and willing to answer any questions I had. Performed AC maintenance timely and asked again if I had questions before he left. He also said if I had any problems to just call the office saying Thay always have a technician on call.Service: HVAC system maintenance

This is the sixth time we have used Rudy Cools for service and they are fantastic. Technicians are professional and informative and prices are reasonable. I never feel like they are trying to sell me on something I don’t need! Highly recommend their services!!!Service: A/C preventive maintenance

I had some hvac duct and vent work done with Ruddy Cools. They were professional and at the best price of all the quotes I recieved. The owner takes pride in his business and all his customers. I had a miss communication at first and he resolved it immediately.If you are as frustrated as I am with most HVAC companies in this area with ridiculous prices, attitudes and lack of professionalism.
