Morris Mechanical has been servicing our two units for a few years now. We have always been very satisfied with the work they have done.
A new install is where you really get to see them shine! We are very pleased with the job they did replacing our 36 year old heat pump. It was in our attic, so it was not an easy task. They had to take the old unit apart to get it out. They then had to take the new one apart to get it through the opening and then reassemble it. They went as far as repainting the cover that protects the tubing/drain line that goes down the back side of our house from the second floor and made it look and fit better. Replaced my LP furnace after an inspection was done. This company is trustworthy and the service is outstanding. Jeff and Edward were the technicians that came out and the job was done fast and with feedback on everything they did. From Richard and Donnie initially coming to our home to evaluate and brainstorm the best way to tackle things, which was spectacular to witness. To having Jeff, Dale, and Caleb come out afterwards and put the plan into action, we were VERY impressed. The entire experience has been one of the most seamlessly well done we have undertaken since moving into our property.
