“I never used this company before, but my HVAC unit quit at 3:30 in the morning. I called my regular HVAC place that I've been dealing with for years that have a 24-hour emergency number and they couldn't get me till Monday what good was that. I took a chance not knowing who to call so with me being a small business owner I called a small business here in Kings Mountain, McDaniels Heating and Air. Chris was on his way to Shelby to another job and just happened to be in our neighborhood and stop by and fixed it for us. To me that went above and beyond to get US Air for I have COPD and I cannot be without air condition. I highly recommend them they are a small business and it was fixed in 10 minutes. Thank you Chris McDaniel for showing up and being a great HVAC unit guy. I will definitely be using them again and again and I highly recommend them.

“Crawl Space King did a wonderful job getting the water issue fixed in my basement. I bought a new house and had an unwanted surprise when we pulled up flooring and found a large puddle on the floors and mold in the walls. Wes Golden did a great job of helping me understand the issue and the fix for it (which was much easier than I thought it would be). They put in a French drain, weep holes and finished the space with concrete. They took great care of my space and I’ll be able to finish my basement like I wanted. I recommended them to my mom for help in her crawl space also. Thank you again for your help!

“We had two estimates done for the replacement of the motor on our outdoor unit. ACS was the lower estimate. Trey arrived on time, assessed the situation and gave us the estimate. We decided to go ahead with the repair since he had the necessary parts in his truck. He completed the job quickly and explained everything he did. One of the reasons we decided to work with this company, is that they try to replace broken components, rather than automatically replace the entire unit.
