I purchased my home new. This company installed the hvac unit. Every season going from heat to air the unit never work always diagnosed as a leak. Patch work and now the unit is out of warranty because the warranty company goes by when unit was purchased. Unit purchased in 2017 but installed in a brand new home built in 2018. Every thec that has looked at the system mentions poor install quality. I would not recommend this company.

I have a one year warranty on parts ,5 years on labor. On my A/C,911 was called to let then know my a/c was not working, he came two days later before my 1year warranty was up, checked the unit and told me my capacitor was no good , he replaced it with a number 4 but it takes a 7, he said as soon as he picks one up he will come back. He was at my house on June 6,2019 now it’s June 11. Never herd from him! Now I’m worried with the wrong capacitor in my a/c ,if the compressor Blows out who’s going to take care of the unit! His not a responsible a/c guy!! He sold me the 5 ton unit....

I worked for this company a short time ago. I just turned 47 October 2nd and I've never seen a man that knew so much about so many different types of AC / Heating units. if we went on a service call and there was a unit there he hadn't worked on in a while he decipher the wiring diagram like clockwork and fix the problem first time every time. and I'm not exaggerating.
