Brad was the best!!! He kept me informed as he needed to order a part for my a/c unit. Once the part was delivered his professionalism was on point!! and he got the job completed in record time. I would definitely use Perrigo's service and would request Brad as well.
Brad showed up on time and immediately made us feel at ease about our faulty AC in this sweltering summer heat. He told us what he was doing each step of the way and explained in depth what the issue was and how the system is supposed to work. He was very upfront about his recommendations and gave us a reasonable expectation about pricing. Highly recommend this company and rad Brad in particular!
I have been using Perrigo for 8 years. I am very happy with them. I have had several repairs on my HVAC unit. Brad is an excellent technician. He always explains what the issue is and how he’s going to repair it. Super polite and knowledgeable. The receptionist is also very friendly and helpful! I would recommend to anyone that needs service or repairs.
