“I have had sciatica pain for the past week and needed a bit of therapy to help progress my healing along quicker. My normal Massage Therapist was unavailable so obligingly booked with Solely Massage & Yoga after reading the many 5 star reviews. I booked an ashiatsu massage based on the reviews and perceived value I could get out of it as a runner with sciatica pain. Fortunately, Janae agreed this type of massage was super useful for runners - she did not lie. The massage was possibly the best I've had and hit some spots that normally get overlooked (glutes / hams). Really looking forward to the next session as I will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend.“

“I could not recommend Sanja more!!! I had AC joint repair surgery (decompression and open distal cuff excision) 6 weeks ago. I have been going to PT for 5 weeks and I could still barely move my arm behind my back (internal rotation behind the back) and came out after my massage feeling like I did 10 years ago.I am BLOWN AWAY!
